Dr. Howard Attends Cosmetic Surgery Seminar in Vail
Dr. Howard believes it is crucial for cosmetic surgeons like herself to keep updated on new ideas and innovations in the ever-changing world of plastic surgery. Her focus is to continually learn and evaluate new procedures and technologies and how she can use them to benefit her own patients.
She regularly attends informational meetings and courses designed specifically for plastic surgeons. She recently attended The 20th Anniversary Perspectives and Advances in Plastic Surgery course in Vail, Colorado, sponsored by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. The course covered comprehensive topics in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, and offered a forum for surgeons to share ideas on how to improve results and minimize complications. The topics included a variety of advances in face, breast and body aesthetic surgery, as well as new technology in non-invasive procedures including injectables, resurfacing and skin care.
